Privacy

This portal is an internal tool operated by Travel Business Class for its own staff. It is not open to the public and it collects nothing from visitors who are not signed in.

Who can use it

Only holders of a @travelbusinessclass.com company account. Sign-in is handled by Google; we receive your company email address from Google to identify you. We never see or store your password.

What is recorded

• Your name, company email address, team and reporting line
• Daily attendance status, and leave, sick, swap and work-from-home requests you submit
• Break start and end times recorded on the Break Board
• Weekly office and work-from-home schedules
• Any sick note you choose to attach to a sick request

Who can see it

Your own records are visible to you, to your supervisor, and to the office managers and administrators who run the portal. Records are not shared outside Travel Business Class.

Where it is kept

Records are stored in the company's Google Workspace, and attachments in company Google Drive. Notification emails are sent through Resend on the company's behalf. The portal itself runs on Railway.
